Dominic did exactly what he said he was going to do to get our home sold and we are very pleased with the results. We had our home on the market with another company that was unable to sell our home. We then called Dominic and he came out and explained everything to us. Being in our mid-80's we were looking to make the move to Texas to be closer to our family and Dominic made our dream a reality by getting our home sold. When we were contemplating putting our house up for sale, Dominic came highly recommended by several people. Since word of mouth is often the greatest advertisement, we decided to call him to enlist his help in selling our home. When we initially discussed the sale, Dominic was very perceptive to how unique our home was and took this into account when determining its value. Prior to listing our house, Dominic helped us purchase our new home, providing us with valuable advice. We eventually listed our home in March of 2016 as well as a vacant lot we owned. Although our home did not sell till October of 2016, and the lot till January 2017, Dominic enlisted multiple strategies to encourage and ultimately succeed in the sales. We both agree that there are not many people who possess the level of energy, insight and optimism that Dominic has. He was always quick to return phone calls or emails, and to keep us up to date on the progress. His staff at Cutler was also top notch and the team is truly professional.
