We had a great experience working with Dominic Fonte in the purchase of our new home in Stark County! We were moving back to Ohio after living out of state for 8 years. He was always willing to meet us when we were in town and schedule showings for us. When we couldn't make it to town, he actually went through houses with our daughter and would FaceTime with us so we could see the house in detail. One such viewing turned out to be the house we bought - without actually stepping foot in it first! Dominic knew exactly what was important to us while looking a house over and was able to give us an honest assessment of what he was viewing in person. Dominic was also a great resource when it came to working with mortgage companies and exploring the financial options available to us when we were ready to make an offer. We would highly recommended working with Dominic when you're ready to purchase your next home.
