Being from out of town and having limited time to prepare a property to sell and select a real estate agent to sell that property, we just randomly selected a few real estate agents to interview. One of the agents we called happened to be Dominic Fonte who responded with " sure, i am driving close by and can stop in soon if this is OK with you". My thought is "WOW...this is really quick compared to the others that i called and had to set-up an appointment or call back". So....Dominic showed up as planned. My first impression was OK another real estate person and we introduced ourselves, sat down and i started by explaining our situation of being from out of town and limited time and wanted to know what his plan for selling the property would be. I just sat there listening....the saying "knowledge comes from experience" defines Dominic Fonte. He then proceded to tell us what he would do, and what we should do to get this property ready to sell and this is while we were sitting there in our first interview with him. Guess what.....? Of course we selected Dominic Fonte. Not only did he tell what to do to prep the property for sale he gave us the names and numbers to call that would perform the work. And again...WOW. This saved so much time from having to weed through a list picked out of the websites on the internet. By following Dominic's advice we were able to leave to go back home much quicker than originally anticipated. Also, we left knowing that we had someone we could call if we needed something which, by the way, actually turned out the opposite. Dominic CALLED us to make sure we were doing everything were supposed to be doing to ready the property for the market. We did accomplish all that was required and Dominic placed it on the market and kept us apprised of all that was going on right up to the sale and closing which was less than 30 days. I/we cannot say enough about how easy it was for us to sell that property by using Dominic Fonte.
