Domenic came as a highly recommended Realtor from a trusted friend/coworker. This recommendation came with a story, that Domenic went out of his way during the sale of my friends home, going above and beyond, to help keep everything relaxed, and running smoothly. When I first called and met Domenic, it was very comfortable. His 30+ years of experience told me that I could definitely rely upon his expertise and weighed opinions during this crazy market. We had 20+ showings for our home within 3 days. We also had several offers come through quickly. With everything there can be hang ups and snags. We were no exception. None of these issues were sourced from Dom's team, however, but it was all taken care of with no issues. You definitely want someone who has seen it all, someone that is established and personable. I will continually send recommendations to Domenic when asked. He will sell your home, and I imagine I'd be just as satisfied, had we bought through him (our next purchase was through family so there was no needy or outside help).
