Our process started many months prior to actually listing our home for sale and buying another with Dom. He was most understanding and responsive to our particular situation. Long story short... we purchased a home through Dom and one of his associates Megan (she's wonderful also),, and only then listed our house for sale. It sold in 5 days. He is a superb negotiator as we got very close to our asking price. Not that there weren't some glitches to overcome on the way to closing. He and his staff handled each one quickly and efficiently. Bottom line is that both the sell and buy left us very satisfied. Should we ever have the need to sell or buy again in this area... it would only be with Dominic Fonte! We can't thank him enough for all that he did.
