I cannot say enough good things about Zev and Dominic Fonte real estate services. My wife and I were newly retired and thought downsizing to a condo was the next step to living our best years. I can't say enough how gratifying it was to work with Dominic Fonte and Cutler Real Estate on the sale of my house. Without a doubt, Dominic knows the market, i.e., where to set the price, what needs to be done to best present the house to buyers and, on the flip side, what isn't necessary to do. The later saved me countless hours of work that I thought was necessary to ready the house for sale but, in the end, would have made no difference at all had the work been done. Always attentive to detail, Dominic freely shares his thoughts, seeks feedback, and plans those "next steps" in a way that makes the whole process run seamlessly from beginning to end. A definite winner.
