"Dominic was personable, easily reachable by phone and took the time to go over the process and included our teen age boys in the discussion, which helped them learn about selling a house. The communication was great, he and his assistants were on top of the entire transaction. The online showing scheduling tool was convenient and the photographer made the house look fantastic. In two days there were 30 appointments and an offer above asking price. We closed and had our check in hand 35 days after the offer was received.
