Dominic was as always amazing at his job. He is extremely intelligent and knows the entire home buying/selling process like he wrote the book on it. If you are looking to buy or sell a home and want as smooth as a process as possible Dominic is hands down the best there is. He had my house sold the 2nd day it was on the market for above asking price, you cant ask for anymore.

Dominic was a great and consistent communicator, which was so appreciated. We were buying a house to move into from out of state and made 2 trips in for rapid house shopping. Dominic sent us houses to consider every day and as our "shopping trips" neared, he made a schedule to get us in every house we wanted to visit. He was great at explaining areas of concern in each house we visited and looked up comps to help us assess the list price. He went above and beyond after closing to get the keys, do a final walk through for us, and remedy a last surprise problem with the house. We really enjoyed our buying experience with Dominic.

This is the 2nd time we have used Dominic and his team, the first time was to purchase a home, and now to sell as we moved out of the area. Dominic is available almost 24/7 to answer questions and walk you through each step of the process. We contacted Dominic Fonte during 2022 to ask his advice on prepping our home of 21 years for sale. On April 1, 2024, our home was listed for sale, with an estimated closing date of May 3, 2024! Dominic, always the professional and personable, accurately priced our home. We accepted a solid offer, above asking, on April 3rd! We closed the transaction on May 3, 2024!!! Dominic truly knows the market, we are evidence! Our situation may be unique as we knew where we were moving to so that was not an issue; however, we valued his experienced input as to how much preparation was needed to sell and approximately how long it would take. Every step of the selling process was clearly communicated, either in person, text and/or email, as needed. He was always available for any questions/concerns. This isn't our first home sale, but it was our first with Dominic. We are elated with the way he did the process and elated with the results. He saved us thousands of dollars in what proved to be unnecessary "improvements" we were going to make. Seller or buyer, give Dominic Fonte and Associates a call. Do yourself a favor.
