Zev was beyond helpful to work with - we were house hunting from two hours away, and recently had a baby, so were unable to make the trip to see homes in-person. He showed us houses via FaceTime and pointed out many details I would not have thought to look for myself. When putting in an offer, he helped us think through how to be most competitive and was quick and communicative and got us the house we wanted! Dominic was a great and consistent communicator, which was so appreciated. We were buying a house to move into from out of state and made 2 trips in for rapid house shopping. Dominic sent us houses to consider every day and as our "shopping trips" neared, he made a schedule to get us in every house we wanted to visit. He was great at explaining areas of concern in each house we visited and looked up comps to help us assess the list price. He went above and beyond after closing to get the keys, do a final walk through for us, and remedy a last surprise problem with the house. We really enjoyed our buying experience with Dominic.

Dominic truly knows the real estate market and how to price for a sale. We knew we were going to sell two years before we did. He gave us advice on how to prepare our home of 20 years for sale. We accepted an offer two days after it was listed and closed the sale 33 days after it was listed. He gave us sound advice on the offers presented. He is always available and I doubt anyone knows the real estate market better. He is a professional and, also, an all around nice man. Talk with him about your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed.

Recently we sold our home, and we used Dominic Fonte with the Cutler Real estate company. We have recently sold and bought properties and homes using different real estate agents. Dominic Fonte, I have to say, is the best of the best, Dominic knows his trader real estate sales and service with the emphasis on service. Dominic will meet with you. he will go over step-by-step how the process is going to work and what you may expect to, receive from him, and his well knowledgeable staff. Not only will you have verbal communication in person, by texting an email, but also video conferences with he and his staff taking you step-by-step through this process. If you have ever sold or bought a home at times it could be very stressful and mind boggling . I can say using Dominic all that is in the past Dominic will answer your questions before you even have time to get a hold of him and ask the question, he's already answering it by email text or video call. He was with us every step of the way from start to closing. Dominic's team has the expertise and connections throughout the industry from financing to title work, that also makes your journey into buying or selling a breeze. In our opinion, we could've never done this without Dominic and his team and we highly recommend both he his team, to anyone that is going to think or want to sell or buy real estate it is a must that you used Dominic, if you want to get this done right. Dominic has a phrase. He's like a machine, that is just not a phrase that is factual and true and it is well run from start to finish. Thanks Dominic

We recently sold our 7th home. Dominic Fonte & team made this process stress free. He & his team guided us through the process. If you have never purchased a home, he is invaluable. We have never had the agent attend the closing. There was a small hiccup, but Dominic had the answer in minutes. You will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, straight forward realtor. My Italian father had a saying, "you get what you pay for." There are realtors that charge less commission, but Dom & his team are worth their commission. The new owners purchased our Walker Lawn Machine. Dom videoed my husband explaining in detail how to achieve the golf course lawn & other working items in the home.
