When we were contemplating putting our house up for sale, Dominic came highly recommended by several people. Since word of mouth is often the greatest advertisement, we decided to call him to enlist his help in selling our home. When we initially discussed the sale, Dominic was very perceptive to how unique our home was and took this into account when determining its value. Prior to listing our house, Dominic helped us purchase our new home, providing us with valuable advice. We eventually listed our home in March of 2016 as well as a vacant lot we owned. Although our home did not sell till October of 2016, and the lot till January 2017, Dominic enlisted multiple strategies to encourage and ultimately succeed in the sales. We both agree that there are not many people who possess the level of energy, insight and optimism that Dominic has. He was always quick to return phone calls or emails, and to keep us up to date on the progress. His staff at Cutler was also top notch and the team is truly professional.
