We had tried to sell our house on our own for a couple months with maybe 6 showings. After 2 months we listed our house with Dominic and were amazed the amount of showings we had. There were days we had over 5 showings. Within 3 1/2 weeks we had over 50 showings and a offer. We closed 30 days later. We would recommend Dominic to anyone!! He definitely knows the business well and has your best interests at heart.

Being new to the N.Canton area I went online to find a realtor. I met Dom at a House I was interested in but apprehensive. We put a bid in but was outbid. Dom impressed me with his knowledge of the area and of the business. A second house we looked at never even came close but I insisted on seeing it. At this point I described what I was looking for and waited. Third time was a charm. Needed some cosmetic work but price and area were very good. Closed as scheduled. The day of closing there was an issue where we thought there might be possible flooding because the water department was figuring the bill from the final reading. Dom met me there immediately and troubleshot but no leaks. He communicated to seller's agent everything that had transpired and notified water department of a possible meter problem. Our process started many months prior to actually listing our home for sale and buying another with Dom. He was most understanding and responsive to our particular situation. Long story short... we purchased a home through Dom and one of his associates Megan (she's wonderful also),, and only then listed our house for sale. It sold in 5 days. He is a superb negotiator as we got very close to our asking price. Not that there weren't some glitches to overcome on the way to closing. He and his staff handled each one quickly and efficiently. Bottom line is that both the sell and buy left us very satisfied. Should we ever have the need to sell or buy again in this area... it would only be with Dominic Fonte! We can't thank him enough for all that he did.
