Professional, knowledgeable and hard working are the top 3 things that come to mind for Zev & Dom. We have had to the pleasure of knowing and working with Dominic Fonte for over 20 years now. His expertise has helped us sell and purchase multiple homes along with many family members and friends as well. Recently and unexpectedly, our mother had to be moved to an assisted living facility due to her declining health. Because of her financial situation, we needed to get her condo listed and sold in a timely matter. With the inventory being so low, we first tried to sell it on our own. That proved to be more difficult than we expected due to the type of clientele we were dealing with. We immediately reached out to Dom and his amazing team and after a little prep work we were able to list and sell within one day. As a result of Dom and his team's hard work and proficiency, we were fortunate to have generated multiple offers so quickly.
