Dominic Fonte and his team are the best of the best! Dominic has a passion for real estate and knows how to get the job done. If you are a new buyer or a seller trying to get top dollar out of your home I would highly recommend contacting Dominic! As a first time home buyer we were very nervous about putting in the offer and moving forward even though we really liked the home. With as much experience as Dominic has he can quickly help you evaluate a home and determine if it's the right one. He's not high pressure, but helps you get things done extremely fast if you know it's the one. We toured our potential home the day it hit the market on my wife's lunch break and were signing papers electronically at dinner. His team was available anytime we had a question and provided the most responsive service I've ever experienced. I strongly believe that had it not been for Dominic we would not be in our new home today. After the purchase Dominic has kept in contact and offered his advice on the market through weekly emails and videos he publishes. If I was a buyer, seller, or even a competing realtor I would subscribe to get his videos, because he knows what's going on with this crazy market and can help guide you through it. Thanks Dominic!

My wife and I have bought and sold 10 plus homes in various moves across the country and found Dominic and his team to be second to none. Dominic's knowledge on the local communities and his passion for real estate comes across immediately. Dominic not only will take you through a home giving great detail of the quality of construction but will always make a point to review the bones of the home with you as well. These are the things most new buyers are not considering...How is the HVAC system, hot water heater, any signs of water damage, roof life, etc. Most real estate agents are not making you a smarter and more informed buyer, Dominic does this naturally with his attention to detail from the moment you drive up. I can't say enough good things about Dominic and his team...they're always available, incredibly detailed, and professional. We were thrilled to have him help us with our purchase in Wadsworth and move from Southern California. A big Thank You to him and the entire team!
