His knowledge on different items as we looked at houses was invaluable, his responsiveness to anything we needed was immediate and he had a sense of humor when things got stressful. No matter what the situation was, whether a locksmith, fireplace vendor, heating and cooling or anything else, he always had a contact we could use or he would contact a vendor himself and set something up.
