Being new to the N.Canton area I went online to find a realtor. I met Dom at a House I was interested in but apprehensive. We put a bid in but was outbid. Dom impressed me with his knowledge of the area and of the business. A second house we looked at never even came close but I insisted on seeing it. At this point I described what I was looking for and waited. Third time was a charm. Needed some cosmetic work but price and area were very good. Closed as scheduled. The day of closing there was an issue where we thought there might be possible flooding because the water department was figuring the bill from the final reading. Dom met me there immediately and troubleshot but no leaks. He communicated to seller's agent everything that had transpired and notified water department of a possible meter problem. Closing was smooth and keys were delivered. I would recommend Dom to any potential buyers. Steve McSweeney
