Were sitting here at our 1-year anniversary cook-out and of course your name came up. We thought we would take this time to thank you for finding this lovely home for us! You sold our first house after two other real estate companies failed at. You came to us through a recommendation and left as a friend. We found you to be honest, friendly, and a real go -getting. You always called and let us know what was going. You also went the extra mile by finding out more information about the houses we were looking at. You know yourself how much of a perfectionist Rich is and you listened to what he wanted and did an excellent job of finding homes with those qualities. You went about helping us find a house as though you were looking. You are yourself! We really feel you gave us your all! We have and will continue to recommend you highly!

We had tried to sell our house on our own for a couple months with maybe 6 showings. After 2 months we listed our house with Dominic and were amazed the amount of showings we had. There were days we had over 5 showings. Within 3 1/2 weeks we had over 50 showings and a offer. We closed 30 days later. We would recommend Dominic to anyone!!
