From the first day it was obvious to us Dominic had a lot of experience but it was so much more than that. He sat down with us to make sure this was the right move for us and our finances. It wasn't just about selling a house. He was clear what we should do to get the most out of our house and wow was he right. My wife had a harder time than I did once the offers started coming in.... after one day...and over what we asked for.... it was almost as if he knew what she was saying to me before he called. He spoke peace and calmed her down. Assuring her the next season of life will be even better. HE CARED! I'm so very grateful to have been advised by a friend to use him because we met more than a great realtor we met a friend!

I only worked with Zev Braun (an associate), but he was incredible and so personable. He listened to what I wanted in a home and helped me find the perfect place. This was my first time buying a house, and Zev walked me through every step of the way. He always had a smile on his face and was so friendly and conversational even after I took him to house after house trying to find what I wanted. I had a few family members come with me to all the showings I went to, and Zev dealt with it like a champ. He was always happy to see my family and me and answer all of our 1,000 questions. He was very prompt in replying to my messages, and he was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with him.

We have worked with Dominic in the past to sell another home. Our experience with both sales was excellent. He certainly improved his game over the last few years. In particular, doing his own walk through video and having our home professionally photographed inside and out including drone photos of our property and the surrounding area. Having leased in other cities site unseen, I can only imagine how helpful it was to buyers. We had a full price offer within 4 days of going on the market. Dominic and his team were always available to answer questions, provide valuable direction to prepare our home for sale and support to close as we were not in town. If we had another property to sell or was returning to Canton, we would call, text and email Dominic! You should too!!
