We purchased a new home and sold two homes. One of these homes sold quickly and the other took several months. As a result, we got a variety of experiences with Dominic Fonte and Megan Phillips. They were all exemplary. Meagan acted as our buyers agent for the new house, and Dom acted as our sellers agent to sell the old houses. We were never anxious because Dom explained where in the process anxiety is common and how each situation gets resolved. They were attentive, but more importantly, they were proactive. They communicated quickly with other realtors and vendors involved in all three sales and kept us well informed. I definitely recommend Dominic Fonte and Megan Phillips.

My experience with Dominic Fonte and his buyer's agent, Megan Phillips, was the absolute best! They were both extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and responsive throughout my home searching process. I would receive an email from the MLS, text Megan, and she would have a showing set up for us all within a few hours. Megan understood the urgency of the market (and our excitement) and went above and beyond to move as quickly as she could so that we didn't miss out on an opportunity. Working with Dominic and his team was a breeze ! My boyfriend's house had a private buyer and it fell through, which was meant to be. I said "CALL DOM" !! I've known Dominic since 3rd grade. He came to the house and made a few suggestions, the house then went live on a Wed. and sold on Friday ! We were very impressed with the speed of everything and how easy it was. We are now living out of State, and everything still went smooth with the Closing.
