We bought a condo and sold a house and lot. The house sold on the first day of showings with multiple offers over list price. From the first day it was obvious to us Dominic had a lot of experience but it was so much more than that. He sat down with us to make sure this was the right move for us and our finances. It wasn't just about selling a house. He was clear what we should do to get the most out of our house and wow was he right. My wife had a harder time than I did once the offers started coming in.... after one day...and over what we asked for.... it was almost as if he knew what she was saying to me before he called. He spoke peace and calmed her down. Assuring her the next season of life will be even better. HE CARED!
